Shipping Policy for Volaire.Online
Welcome to Volaire.Online. This Shipping Policy outlines how I handle the shipment of goods you purchase from my site. My goal is to ensure your orders are delivered safely, timely, and cost-effectively.

After you place an order, I need some time to prepare it for shipment. I aim to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be longer during sale periods or for custom-made items, which will be clearly noted on the product page.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
I primarily ship within the United States using reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the package size, weight, and destination.
The specific shipping method used for your order will be chosen to balance cost efficiency and delivery speed.
3. Shipping Destinations
I currently ship to addresses within the United States (including PO Boxes).
At this time, I do not offer international shipping. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and dimensions.
You will see the exact shipping cost for your order during checkout before you complete your payment.
I may occasionally offer free standard shipping promotions, which will be announced on the website.
5. Delivery Times
Once your order is shipped, the typical delivery time within the US is 3-7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping service selected.
Please note that these are estimates, and I cannot guarantee delivery dates, as delays can sometimes occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, I will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package online.
7. Risk of Loss & Title
The responsibility for the goods (risk of loss) passes to you once the carrier delivers the package to the shipping address you provided.
8. Return & Exchange Shipping Responsibilities
If I made a mistake (e.g., sent the wrong or a defective item), I will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement at my expense.
For customer-initiated returns/exchanges (e.g., change of mind, size preference), the customer is generally responsible for the return shipping cost. If a replacement is sent, I will cover the cost of reshipping the new item. Please refer to my separate Return & Refund Policy for detailed instructions.
9. Force Majeure
I am not liable for any delays in delivery caused by events beyond my reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, war, pandemics, or carrier strikes.
